In 1980, Paul had to cancel his tour of Japan, so he decided to do something special for the Japanese fans. he had the Seattle Rockshow film specially re-edited to include all of the songs from the concert. The source for this was someone who worked at Toshibia-EMI at the time, who managed to snag a copy for himself.
