George Harrison's third solo album after the Beatles' breakup, "Dark Horse," was released in 1974 to coincide with his first and last U.S. tour in November 1974, and the singles "Ding Dong" and "Dark Horse" were also hits.

This "AI Audio Companion" contains the original analog masters at the time of release, which have not been digitally remastered, and a new multi-track remix based on AI's own sound source analysis. This collection of sound sources allows listeners to compare and contrast the differences in sound.

DISC 1 is an "ORIGINAL ANALOG MASTER" that contains the original analog masters from the time of release, which have not been digitally remastered, directly from the original UK vinyl recordings. The "ORIGINAL ANALOG MASTER" is a complete reproduction of the original mix from the analog record era, which has a different mix and sound texture compared to the previous digitally remastered CD recordings. The second half of the album includes "AI BACKING TRACKS INSTRUMENTAL," a set of five tracks from the A-side of the album that have been converted to instrumental tracks by removing the vocals through AI source analysis and editing. The original instrumental "Hari's on Tour" is included in a live version.

DISC 2 contains the latest AI REMIX DIGITAL REMASTERS, which is a unique remix of the song based on multi-track editing and analysis of the AI sound source. This remix is the main vocal version, with each performance track separated and reconstructed to highlight the vocals, and is the latest remix focusing on raw and realistic vocals. The second half of the album features "AI BACKING TRACKS INSTRUMENTAL," which is an instrumental backing track of the four B-sides of the album with the vocals removed by AI's sound analysis and editing.

Four additional tracks are also included: "Dark Horse" (radio edit - stereo and mono), which is not included on the album, and the single B-sides "I Don't Care Any More" and "Din Don" (radio edit).
