Product Description
Paul McCartney’s 70s almost overlaps his 30s. He led a band called Wings in his 30s, when his talent and motivation were hot, and he ran through the fruitful 70s. And it was supposed to continue after the 1980s. However, two major incidents occurred for Paul in the first year of the 1980s. First, in January 1980, he was arrested for possession of cannabis in Japan, where he visited for a concert. Paul is detained, and the band member who has been numb is returning home while the investigation that may end at any time continues. Returning to Denny Lane, who was a particularly loyal “Friday”, Wings collapsed. Paul lost the band, making it impossible to go on tour.
At the end of the year, John Lennon was killed by a crazy person. As Yukiko Okada commits suicide, there are many young people who follow her up, and there are people who are inspiring and imitating in any case at any time, as was mentioned in the Diet. Paul seems to be seriously afraid that it will be his turn next time, or that he will be shot from the audience seats on the stage. As a result, in the 1980s, there were no tours, and there was a time of silence in terms of live activities.
On the other hand, although it did not appear on the tour, the number of live appearances in a single shot is quite appropriate. This work focuses on such a single live performance of Paul, and is a series of detailed live performances that are not recorded in many collector’s items in chronological order. This 6th installment includes single live performances from 2010 to 2012, TV appearances, radio appearances and more. Permanent storage with beautiful picture disc specifications. With Japanese obi.
The following is a list of notable listening points.
July 14, 2012 Jumped into the Blues Springsteen concert and played “I Saw Her Standing There” and “Twist And Shout” together. Since it is based on the performance of the blues band, it is different from the usual live performance of Paul. For this reason, “I Saw Her Standing There” has changed a lot, and you can listen to a different pole. From there, it starts with “Twist And Shout”. It would be surprising that Paul sings the lead that was part of John.
The performance at the London Olympics on July 17, 2012 is a new memory. He sang “Hey Jude” following the last version of the rare “The End”. However, as you know, there is a discrepancy between the timing of pre-recorded miming and the actual live audio, and it has been recorded clearly that it is trying to force the lyrics together on the way. At this point, he seems to have switched to live performance by giving up the miming voice. There is another vocal version, and both are recorded in this work.
And the biggest surprise is the performance at the appearance of the event called AFRICA EXPRESS on September 8, 2012. I’m playing “Good Night Tonight” since 1979 in Wings. Moreover, it is a long performance over 11 minutes. This one song alone is worth this work. “Money” played at the Motown event on September 8, 2012, is the first version that Paul sings.
